2012 – Resolutions

Its resolution time. For me this is rather easy – except keeping this blog alive, I’ve done rather poorly in all the others. So, basically all of my resolutions from last year simply carry forward. To the list(already quite long) I add a new one which I talk about below.

WordPress delivered me my annual report for 2011 last night. An overwhelmingly obvious fact that I can glean from it is that post with pics are by far the most popular. So uploading photographs with little written content is a successful way to get hits to your blog.

When I had started my blog a little over last year, it was with an aim to have largely written content – technical or reviews or simply views and stands on certain relevant matters. While I managed to stay true to this dictum for a little while, sometime around August/September the ratio of photography posts to the more literary ones started to get skewed.

So this is my new resolution for 2012 – improve the quality of content on this blog. Fewer pics and more narratives!

Have a great 2012 ahead all of you!
